Guardino Technologies LLC is committed to making guardinotechnologies.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, the European Accessibility Act 2019/882 (EAA, applicable from 28 June 2025) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
1. Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. The site is reviewed periodically against this target. Known limitations are listed below.
2. Measures we take
Semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable interactive components, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, reduced-motion support, ARIA where semantics alone are insufficient, and language attributes on every page including RTL (Arabic) where applicable.
3. Known limitations
We are continuing to improve. Some decorative typography uses very large display sizes that may clip at extreme zoom levels; the text remains accessible via a fully readable heading hierarchy elsewhere on the page.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility issue, write to accessibility@guardinotechnologies.com (forwarded to our legal team). We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to resolve or provide a clear remediation timeline within 30 days.
5. Enforcement
EU/EEA residents may contact their national EAA enforcement body. US residents may contact the U.S. Department of Justice or the relevant state attorney general. We will cooperate with any lawful enforcement request.
