Last updated: 2026-05-23

Guardino Technologies LLC ("Guardino", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through guardinotechnologies.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and which rights apply to you under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, KVKK and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

Controller: Guardino Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact for privacy matters: privacy@guardinotechnologies.com. The legal team can be reached at legal@guardinotechnologies.com.

2. What we collect

We collect (a) data you give us when you contact us — name, email, message content; (b) technical data automatically generated when you visit — IP address, user-agent, country derived from IP, pages requested, referring URL; (c) consent records — your cookie choices and the time they were made. We do not collect special-category personal data and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we use it — legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating, securing and improving the site. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics and marketing cookies, marketing emails. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, security incident reporting. Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): when you engage one of our brands directly.

4. Who we share it with

Hosting and CDN: Vercel / Cloudflare (security headers, DDoS mitigation). Email delivery: business email provider used for support replies. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We never share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without explicit opt-in.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Transfers from the EEA/UK rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and additional safeguards as appropriate. A copy of the SCCs we use is available on request.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages: 24 months from last interaction. Consent logs: 24 months. Server access logs: 30 days. Analytics aggregates: up to 26 months. Data we hold for tax or accounting reasons: as long as the applicable law requires (typically 5–10 years).

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection in respect of your personal data. EU/UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale/sharing and to limit use of sensitive personal information. Türkiye residents may exercise rights under KVKK Art. 11. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com — we respond within 30 calendar days.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Despite this, no system can be perfectly secure. If we identify a personal-data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware and we will notify affected individuals when required by law.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes or when the law requires. Material changes are announced at the top of this page for at least 30 days. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
