Data Subject Rights & Data Requests

If you are an individual whose personal data we process, you have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and KVKK. This page explains how to exercise them.
1. Rights at a glance
Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Rectification — correct inaccurate data. Erasure — delete data when there is no overriding legal basis to keep it. Restriction — limit how we process your data. Portability — receive your data in a structured machine-readable format. Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing. Withdraw consent — for any consent-based processing. California residents additionally have the right to opt out of sale/sharing and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
2. How to make a request
Send your request to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com from the email address we have on file. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may ask one or two questions to verify your identity — we will not ask for more information than is necessary.
3. Authorised agents
California residents may use an authorised agent. The agent must provide written authorisation signed by you and we may verify the request directly with you before proceeding.
4. Response time
GDPR / UK GDPR: within 30 calendar days (extendable by 60 more days for complex requests, with notice). CCPA/CPRA: 45 calendar days (extendable by 45 more). KVKK: 30 calendar days. If we cannot fulfil your request we will explain why.
5. Complaints
You may complain to a supervisory authority: in the EU/EEA, your national Data Protection Authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu); in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA).
