Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents, and residents of other US states with similar laws, have the right to direct businesses not to sell or share their personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
1. Our position
Guardino Technologies LLC does not sell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This is true globally and is not conditioned on the visitor's state of residence.
2. Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC=1, we treat that signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing in accordance with CCPA/CPRA.
3. How to submit a request
Even though we do not currently sell or share personal information, you may submit a formal opt-out request to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com. We will record the request and confirm in writing within 15 business days.
4. Sensitive personal information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined in CPRA §1798.140(ae). If you believe we hold sensitive personal information about you, write to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com and we will investigate and respond.
