These terms govern your use of guardinotechnologies.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.
1. About us
The Site is operated by Guardino Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
2. Permitted use
You may view the Site for lawful, personal and business-research purposes. You may not (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (b) introduce malicious code; (c) scrape at a rate that materially burdens the Site; (d) misrepresent the Site or its content; (e) use the Site in a way that violates any law that applies to you.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, design, logos, code) is owned by Guardino Technologies LLC or used under licence. "Guardino", "Guardino Technologies" and related marks are trademarks of Guardino Technologies LLC. You may quote short extracts with attribution; broader reuse requires written permission.
4. Third-party brands
The Site links to brands within the Guardino group (Guardino.ai, Guardino Secure Lock, Aegellia, Nyriana). Those brands have their own terms and privacy practices. Following an external link takes you outside the scope of these terms.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardino Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Guardino Technologies LLC and its affiliates against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, in English. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
